Its composite construction consists of laser cut vacuumed formed fiberglass composite wall panels Cad designed Cnc machined and powder coated gal steel panels and fiberglass main roof and pop up.
The HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED chassis features an entirely new suspension design that has been extensively tested and incorporates a fully strengthened boxed cross member to tie the chassis rails together and incorporates dual unequal length trailing arms and uses the latest and toughest design in offroad bushes 5 per side to maintain wheel movement in the vertical plain, to eliminate side and torsion load and give exceptional bump steer performance.
